seedling stage with a non-consistant light schedule?

I've built a steathed grow closet and about to finish my first operation. I've got around 1.5 weeks left, and thinking already on starting my next grow without wasting any time. I'm thinking on growing the seedling on a 55w CFL for the first two weeks that should do the job, however, I have no room to make it stealthed. In order to hide it, i'm just going to need to move her to a hidden area when people come by (can occur on a daily basis, or once in a few days, for about a few hours each time).

My questions are:
1) Will giving the seedling some non-direct sunlight instead of the CFL when people come around will stress\strech the plant and\or affect it in its long run?
2) How much stress\strech and long time affect will the plant have if sometimes I take it outside when sun is out? Basically causing the light cycle to be fucked up.

Will these conditions stunt or harm the plants growth? I'm still planning on giving her atleast 18 hours of light a day, she won't get exactly that amount and not sure if she will have a strict light\dark schedule. In 2 weeks she will get a permanent home under a 250w MH with a good schedule, though, would she still remain perfectly healthy after such a seedling phase?
