Seedling starting to flower under 24 hour light?

Dont know why a few seedlings are flowering. They are under 4 hoT5 24/7. Only thing I can figure is they were at edge of light. Any ideas? Is reveg possible?

Ya you can reveg, its takes forever to get back to normal though (maybe a cpl weeks, leaves will get bubbly and twisty before they get normal again, at least ime). I'd maybe try to start over considering your not super far along. Good luck
