Seedling Stem Deformation

Hello all,

I have recently started a number of White Widow Max seedling, all but one have sprouted and are flourishing but one has a serious defect.

The stem has emerged from the rockwool, and grown about a half inch, then there is a half inch segment where the defect is, and then another 3/8th of an inch of normal healthy stem before the first pair of serrated leaves is growing, and the first pair of round leaves are still attached. There is also a second pair of serrated leaves forming at the very top. The defect is a half inch portion of stem where there is no support, no structure, it is just the skin. The defective area is 0.5 mm, or 0.020".

I am very concerned as i have very few seeds and need to being production clones as soon as possible, and the seeds have are not feminized. The question to the forum, one is this a known problem, and if so is there any fix? and/or, if this is not a known problem do you think it is genetic, could i nurture this plant to a clone-able stage and carry on with those?

I have attached a picture, the defect is directly in front of my thumb nail. I appreciate any and all input, and thank you in advance.
