Sometimes happy frog can be a little "hot" for seedlings -- the batches can be a little inconsistent at times; that's why I typically mix half happy frog and half promix for my seedlings. I see a little burn and a little bit of nitrogen toxicity -- I'm sure you'll be able to ride it out. It doesn't look too severe. It can definitely go a while longer before transplant though.

Nitrogen toxicity? That Makes sense I have been spritzing them with some fish emulsion really lightly occasionally its at 5-1-1 formula so maybe thats why thanks for the info I will keep this updated

definitely stop spraying with that stuff. transplanting is usually done when there are 3 nodes and the stem is strong enough that you can handle it without damaging it.i don't use cups i use much larger pots so theres only one transplant and they're good and strong when i do. at 3 nodes is when i see the roots starting to poke out the bottom drain holes.
