Seedlings day 7

i have my seeds in a propagator, they have been exactly a week in there. out of 6, all broke the soil which are white skunk, super skunk, bubblecious, white widow and white widow big bud but the white widow's just broke the soil with a bit of stem but havent progressed like the other 4. when is the best time to take them out of the propagator so i can put a fan on them? i dont think its a good idea to replant for now as the roots havent yet started showing from underneath the pot. the stems are really long, atleast 15cm.

they are 2 inches from led liights, i just took them down to take a pic coz u wont c anything with leds

replanting is no problem but the seedlings are only 7 days old and dont have a good root system yet. my main question was if i should take them out of propoagator?

No. Get a new light. What led is it? Link?

IT IS THE 13 W ONE THE BOARD i HAVE 2 THIS WAS AN EXPERIMENT BUT THEY ARE GROWING GOOD WHAT SO BAD ABOUT THEM MY FIRST GROW WHERE MUCH SMALLER AND i USED FLOURECENTS

There stretching for the light. That's the issue. Your going to need ton more light. Fluorescents be better. 13w board not even enough for 1 plant dude.

I thought it was the strains my badI went bacl to my original setup i need to get a 250w cfl asap for my veg know any places that send to europe? stores i mean
