Seedlings Hot Dog Home

While my beans are germinating I got their new homes ready with some hot dog containers from 7-11... the plan is to place the babies in a cube of rapid root and add a little water to the bottom. This is like a DIY terrarium for starting my seedlings. All lit for veg by my 8 CFLs in my turkey roaster pan light fixture. When they get a few weeks old, I hope to move them into the baskets in the Titan system~~~ my question is, when i move them to the hot dog terrarium, what should the light cycle be? Thanks in advance for comments and help.

not sure how you got as far as you have without learning the light cycle first, but many people go either 18:6 or 24:0 its really your choice.

It starts with eating hotdogs, it'll end with eating hotdogs XD I Like a 20/4 light cycle myself but u could go 24/0 with CFLs no problem

I'll do 24/0 for the first week or so, then 20/4 or 19/5 .....not sure why but I just think it's better than 18/6, but wouldn't defend the point
