Seedlings in a plastic bubble

Hey guys.... just a quick question. I just planted my germ'd seeds about 2 days ago and put them in a started kit (plastic covered tray with a heat-pad under it). I just have them under a regular light right now, as they just broke surface (a few of them) like yesterday. How long should I leave them inside the grow kit before opening it and putting them under the big 18/6 light? I noticed there's alot of condensation inside the plastic cover, and the humidity in there is at about 78%. I was thinking of leaving them inside there until all of them are ~ 1-1.5" tall... is that okay or do they need the brighter light immediately after they break surface? I suppose I could separate the ones that have started and leave the others in the kit until they appear as well..?

are you talking about a jiffy seed starting mini greenhouse deal? If so thats what i'm using also. I find its better to transplant as soon as they open up, just because there is less chance of fucking up the taproot if it hasnt come through the mesh yet.:weed:

Nah, nothing like that - it's just a small (2.5' x 1.5') plastic tray with a clear cover and a plug-in heating pad beneath it - picked it up at Home Depot last year and used it for starting tomato plants once before using it for this grow. I have 6 of the small peat-moss cups inside, each with a single germ'd seed in them... here's what's planted:

3x Bubblicious (Nirvana)
2x Dreamtime (Mr.Nice)
1x Blue Cheese - fem (Barney's Farm)

...how's that for a variety? lol
