seedlings leaf edges curling up???

I have about 8 2 day old seedlings under (2) 42 watt cfls in MG soil. I have not added any nutes. Temp is round 76-80. The leaves are curling up on the edges of all the new leaves. Any help with what is causing this??

the miracle gro comes w/ tend to burn seedlings cuz the pre-added nutes are too strong.

I have used it many times with good results before though? Could it be Mg def?
