seedlings look weird help

Hey guys my new seedlings about 3... weeks are lightening in color and leaves droop....any ideas my temps are mid 70's and humidity is usually around 42 percent no nutes yet and pro-mix soil mixed with forest floor soil ....any ideas don't want too see em go south

pic would be nice...but 99.9% of time seedling issue is over water..

seedling need just a bit of water every 3-4 days...and not a soaking..

She's hungry mate, make a real light feed, 1/8 strength should do and watch her closely to adjust accordingly. Also as Twisty pointed out water every 3-4 days or so, so that the soil is wet, not soggy or waterlogged.
