Seedlings mottled yellow leaves

One week from germination and two of my plants look like this.

I've not watered them for 3-4 days as the soil remains moist. No nutes yet of course either. Led (300W) lights 20 inches away and temps 80F. I have a fan blowing on them too.

Any ideas?

This is something I kind of ran ino, I don't know if u have grown with LEDs before but for me I tried vegging with my 350W Mars Hydro LED. I was having extremely slow growth no def or plant issues but I have dealt with those too, can you turn off the LED and post a picture? For my slow growth issues I just ended up adding a few CFLs saw huge difference with some white light. Eventually just purchased a 4foot T5 to get ready for flower then throw in my led.

It is my first LED grow - the other plants are fine it's just 3/9 that look like this - picture below without Led on.

I have just today added in a Bossled 1000W light to the mix but this was before that was included.

You don't need much nutes with NPK values, but you do need some cal/mag in the seedling diet.
