Seedlings need help

My seedlings have been in a dome & rapid rooter plug for the 2 weeks they formed roots and show roots all over the rapid rooter plug. They looked really good until I transferred them to the hydroton/DWC cooler buckets.. Now they look like this it hasn't even been 24 hours and they look like this. There are no nutes in the buckets just R/O PH water and the bubbles going. :sad:

Put water level at the bottom of the rooter plug slowly lower it over a week. My GWS is 2 weeks and just has roots out of bottom of bucket lid (5")

Thanks Weedler the water level is exactly where you put yours. I think I know why they look sad. They are lacking Nutes.. They are eating the lower leaves for nitrogen. I have to start the 1/4 strength nutes.. Its just water as of now.
 
Yeah I start mine in tap water instead of R/O so may need to add something in to kick nutrient level up slightly like you said.
