seedlings watering

so i have my seedlings on 24 hour light feeding 3-4 times a day as need theyre in rockwool in a flood and drain hydro under a 400w mh light setup everythings going good just looking for some pointers like i said everything going good just looking for feedback to see if im doing anything wrong or if i could be running it more effiecently any replies would be greatly appreciated

If they're young you should only be feeding it the micro nutes.

i got them on advance nutrients grow and micro... so should i stop using grow and just use micro???
