Seedlings yellow

Now I have my week old seedlings in coco coir mix under 3 60 watts 1 100watt with 45% humidity temp 79 degree. Now I over watered my first couple of seeds these were looking good till the leaves started to turn yellow an almost shrink. If I'm not using and nutes and the Cfls can't burn them what could it be now

over watering is likely your issue

Do they have 60 and 100 watt variations of CFLs? If so disregard this, but is that the equivalent or actual wattage?
