can i take a newly germinated seed and plant it in a five gallon bucket or should i plant in smaller container,i will be useing a mix soil of 1 bag of foxfarms oceanforest which is 1.5 cubic feet and 1 bag of light warrior 1 cubic foot.so i geuss my question is if a seedling can thrive in this mix of ff soil...

You sure can...in nature they don't get transplanted.

It is very common though to start the seedling in a small styrofoam cup and then transplant them into there final pots, but there is nothing wrong with dong it that way. Not sure about the soil...i don't use the expensive name brand stuff...i stick to a local place that has excellent soil perfectly ph'd for growing weed, but i hear that the FF stuff is good...so just double check that.
