seedlings

ok tomorrow will be week one for my seedlings growing pretty good.good root growth so my question is how many times should i be watering my seedlings theyre on 24 hour lights with a fan on them half the day? fan dries out rockwool pretty good do i have the fan on too long ? any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Your fan should be on at all times when your light is on. You want the fan on to build nice strong stems and to provide ventilation. Water as needed.
