Seeds??? Can you help me?

Ok I got some seeds femanized from online, suposedly "white widdow" I also have a couple of clones "diesel" I think. They have been budding the same amount of time 32 days. The clones seem to be doing Ok but the seeds are just barly starting to flower... is this normal?

some strains take longer to flower, namely sativa or sativa dom strains will take longer to start to flower and much longer to finish flowering over indica's or indi dom strains..
