Seeds from my harvest

I intentionally pollinated my crop, but 3 plants got pollinated instead of just one. So I have more seeds than I need, and less buds than I was hoping for.
All of the seeds that I kept are amazing, and will grow weed. These are not feminized. But they are healthy seeds.

I wanted to know what it will take for me to legally provide to a patient in eastern WA? We have 7 dispensaries here, but I don't want to use them as a medium to sell these seeds. The dispensaries charge way too much money.

I would rather sell these seeds or get donations, directly so that there is no middle man fee.

What is the process to legally sell my seeds?

Unless they don't have a medical marijuana license, I don't think you can't legally sell them to them, unless you're not a legal dispensary?

Seeds are illegal unless you have a mm card but none of the laws ever cover seeds, edibles or clones. So it might be up to the officer or postal worker that finds them as to what and if they do anything to you. Its all a guessing game for anything outside of possession itself.

In Ca you can go on Craigslist and buy clones and herb. I'm not saying it's legal, I'm just saying it's all over.

NO, seeds arent illegal, thats y on attitude or the other seed banks it says at the bottom, "thes seeds r to b sold incase of prohibition get revoked" or sumthing along those lines. cultivation is illegal. BIG difference.
