Seeds have sprouted.... Now what? Help please :)

Hello everyone.

Have growool, ... nutirents Grow and Bloom and other stuff as required and a small set up ready to go. Picture attached.

A friend of ours said he would help, (he sold us the tent set up) but now I cannot get hold of him and our seeds that we had soaking in sensa soaker have sprouted and one is really long now.

I need to know what to do now. I don't want the seeds to die off and I just cannot get hold of my friend and I am now panicking.

But what I need to know right now is, what can I do to save my sprouted seeds until I get help? Do we put growool in the little containers that my friend supplied us and add water? Or do I use one of the nutrients instead of water, that I have i.e. the Grow or the Bloom and how much to use please?

Sorry to be a pain everyone and thank you so much for any help forthcoming.

AS SOON AS THE SEED CRACKS AND THE TAP ROOT PROTRUDES IT NEEDS TO BE PUT INTO WHAT EVER MEDIUM YOU HAVE CHOSEN.

I'd suggest doing a lot of searching and reading. There isn't a question you can think of that hasn't been asked and answered. When growing you don't want to waste time posting questions and waiting for answers. It's best to think ahead and know what you'll do if something happens.

I wouldn't depend to heavily on your friend. As you can see your plants are always going to be more important to you than ANYONE else.

Well thankfully my friend popped around and now everything is fine.

just get the friend to grow them and give you the produce at the end, that sounds easier

better start reading everything you can or else you will have problems and be asking questions everyday

Hell man i did a LOT of reading and watching and i still find my self asking a lot of questions. Good luck with your grow =)
