Seeds in California?

Not sure if this is the right place to post but does anyone know if there is a seed bank in Southern California, or anyplace for medical marijuana users to buy seeds. It sucks to have to buy them from overseas. Seeds should be legal in socal for patients so where are we supposed to get them?

Posting an answer would tend to self-incriminate the replier. IF you're legal, you might scare something up around a dispensary?
I'd think clones preferable anyway, although this can be limiting in strains?
