seeds not germinating!

hi, i've been having problems germinating the seeds. I've followed all the advice i could find on the web https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/5343-germination-guide.html but the seeds still don't germinate. i use the paper towell meathod and i get nothing. I live in the caribeean so i don't think temperature is a problem. What is the secret to successful germination?

How long have you been trying to conceive?

keep them moist but not so much that they get soggy. Also, your pale white/yellow seeds won't germinate. The darker brown ones are what you want.

Seeds older than a 1-2 years are very slow to pop.

I had ancient bag seed (like 10 years) that never popped. Thats why I ordered seeds. (been that long since I smoked)
