Seeds or clones

Hi. It's a simple question. I've been growing for about a year now, got a few harvests under my belt. Fairly pleased with my yield increases as I've learnt what I'm doing. Recently only been growing clones and on average they've been yielding less than the parents that were grown from seed.
What are other folks experience? I thought clones were supposed to be better /quicker as they start bigger than growing from seed.
Do people treat clones differently to plants grown from seed?
Thanks

I have not found a difference in yield in the two strains that i have grown from both seed and clones (ak 47 and white russian).

What is different is that the clones seem less sturdy... they just dont hold up the buds as well... they tend to flop.

It's hard for me to say honestly ...I use to have people tell me seeds are better bigger and yeild is higher ...but I think that has more to do with strains than seeds or clones IMO ....my biggest plants ever started out as clones but I also like the fact mentioned above there's more variety with seeds and there is a little more satisfaction personally knowing I took a seed and turned it into a monster ....they both grow great medicine and I am normally running both so what does that tell you .......good luck
