seeds still on seedlings?

i have 2 seedlings that have been above soil for almost 24 hours and they still have the seed stuck to them what do i do ? is this normal never had this happen b4

give em another day, if it still sticks then get some tweezers and try and surgically remove it. If it doesn't come off easily don't yank at it though as you may damage the seedling.

thx for the fast reply.... i will wait another day if they dont come off are they screwd?

nah not screwed, just might end up with a couple of deformed leaves, its pretty normal for the seed shell to stick

Yeah if it doesn't fall of when you gently tug it then just leave it. The leaf may be a bit brown where the seed was but its normal
