as far as EASY goes you can get 10 for 5$ on the corrner. nah jk. depends there are a lot of low maintenance plants but it really revolves around the size and shape of your grow area.

white widow
northern lights(super easy has about a 4' canopy tho)
skunk/cheese
i heard lowrider is very easy
purple strains tend to hardy and resistant to stress
master/mazar Kush
hybrids of these and the pure stains take less maintenance imo

what to stay away from as a beginner..
berry strains
haze strains
diesel strains
either hybrids or pure strains that tend to take a lot of maintenance imo

Im growing some Blue Cheese from Big Buddha. Ive yet to smoke it but it smells wonderful. Very strong and takes nutrients no problems. Also seems to be a bit above average on yield but i cant be sure yet. Great with LST if you want to try your hand at that (I suggest you do! its fun :) )Another option is Northern Lights from a good breeder, Sensi is the orginal but the beans cost a lot. Check out some grow reports and journals and smoke reports till you find one that you think will suit you.Pictures of my blue cheese, about a week ago. day 31 in flower i think, they have bulked up alot more since then and had my light burn one of the tops.

Go with an auto to be honest. If you are looking for easy with minimal user input, auto will be best for you
