It depends on whether or not you’re in a legal state I’m pretty sure. Washington has a seed bank that ships in state but I don’t think it’s legal to ship statewide

ILGM (Ilovegrowingmarjuana) is a incredibly good seed bank. They ship to the US with good stealth, guaranteed delivery, and free shipping unless you want tracked (extra $25). The seeds are a little pricey but it’s free shipping and the quality on them is good from what I’ve heard. I ordered some Gorilla Glue from them yesterday and was able to order with my credit card in just under 5 minutes.

These are some good ones, but in my opinion they don’t offer the variety most people are looking for. I will always get my seeds shipped from outside the US because we don’t really have a “good” seedbank in the USA. Get it shipped over for souvenirs where it’s legal!

Check out dcseedexchange. jbcseeds, oregoneliteseeds, or greatlakes genetics. They all have a large selection of good genetics. We have some of the best breeders to choose from.
Does DC or any US state BANK ship in between all 50 states with no problem though?

Shipping seeds inside of the states is pretty much guaranteed. Payment options are limited but at least shipping is quick
CropKingSeeds.com is legit. Just got my order from there. I was nervous because they asked for me to pay thru CashApp..

You should have listened to @Boatguy.
The first guy that responded to you, and continued to respond, didn't provide you with great information. I don't have any comment on the ILGM, but the rest of his response missed the mark entirely. Crop King doesn't have a strong rep here.
I disagree.
I've had nothing but unreliability with Crop King Seeds. I don't like buying 10 seeds of a strain and ending up with wildly varying genetics to the point I may as well have bought a bag of random bag seed.
They're a good gimmick, but their products are terribly inconsistent.
