I was wondering, Im about to order my seed from sea of seeds. I live in GA where marijuana is forbidden. If I order them offline, is there any risk? can they mointer my computer? what would happen if they are confiscated? just need to know if I can do this?

Worst case is your beans get snagged, and you wasted some cash.

if ordering online bothers you then mail cash. i've done it a few times with no problems. it takes about a week or longer to receive them.

order mine from attitude seed bank used my credit card with discreet package t-shirt extra 10 bucks i got them in 10 business days no problems

If it's illegal to posses marijuana seeds where you live or if you don't have your medical marijuana card you allways have a certain amount of risk.
There's stories of people getting busted, it happens. That's the chance you take when it's illegal.
Know the risks.

it's not a zero risk operation, but the comparison of risk from growing as opposed to risk from seed ordering is quite small
seed ordering mostly safe, growing not so safe
