this time i took some seeds outta some buds and i wanna know if seeds taken out of buds are 100% female or is there a chance of them being males too?

depends on how/when (what)the females were pollinated. If you have a ball sack hiding it
only made more hermaphrodites with eventual ball sacks likely. ON the other hand if
a late flower single finger looking bud banana pollinated the females....the seed would
produce a female plant. Or, you had some stray pollen from a real male in that case its a toss up, depending
on chromosomal programming between ma and pa.

i donnno much about how it was pollinated tho it was a big ass 5inches bud with like 8 seeds in it does it tell anything about the gender of seeds?

You have a 50/50 chance so I'd recommend you veg them until they show sex. That way you can clone the females so that you can keep growing since there's no access to seed Banks in your area. Good luck.

Wow, sideline question, but what are the penalties there for being caught with a grow?

As for the seeds, I have the same issues with regular seeds. You just don't know until they decide to go through puberty. Start a few and hope for one.

When I veg without training, it usually takes around four to six weeks before they show sex. When I train them, topping, lst, etc., it takes longer. I'd recommend atleast two to two and a half months since your genetics aren't known. Even if they haven't shown sex by then, they should show sex within the first week of bloom. That's been my experience.
