Seeing purple inside of trichomes.

I was looking at my GSC buds with a microscope, checking trichomes and noticed purple streaks coming up into to the trichome stalks. The plant is turning purple probably due to genectics and low temps. But is purple in Trics normal? What's the cause of this? And what is the purple stuff? Anybody with any clues about this?

Throw it away NOW !!!!!!!!! Ok, just kidding, nothing to worry about...could be genetics, could be nutes, could be environment, hard to tell. But nothing negative is taking place.

had some something similar a while back..... smoked like some prime top shelf shit. I always wondered what caused this. The plants stayed green with very very little purpling. I thought it was the nutes, since i was using GH. The GH micro turns the water to almost that identical color.

Iphone camera with a ghetto rigged microscope. Its a bitch to align the cameras pinhole with the eyepiece of the scope, but when successful you get some nice images. The zoomed trichomes are off of that little piece of leaf on the stage aperture. As you can see the bud/leaf is green.

there's a lot going in trichomes, kind of the undiscovered county, so many color variants
i've had yellow(honey colored, not amber), seen some very blue trichomes posted on a grass city thread, crazy looking blue
i think red/pinks show up from time to time

I've read that there're 3 different types of trichomes on cannabis and I've also heard of yellow and amber Trics but I haven't been able to find anything about the purple Trics. I'm wondering if its the same thing that happens when your leaves purple. Just haven't found any info about this and I'm curious.

I've read on kindreviews.com about some strain having pink trichs.
