Seeking: High CBD X Lowryder strain

I'm seeking your advice.
I'm looking for cannabis seeds which are high in CBD but which are also related to
one of the dwarf, fast maturing, lowryder strains.

I just got sad star autos and some blueberry Tao autos, I'll let ya know how they turn out but the cbd star is a 1:1 ratio of cbd to the and will be around 12-15% of each

Yesterday i got through watching a presentation by Prof Dennis Todd on
cannabis genetics and true-breeding strains. He starts his presentation
(which is available on youtube ) by saying that he recently spent $150
buying 'supposedly' high CBD strains from Amsterdam.
He had them analyzed, none of them were high CBD seeds !!

Do you have any way of properly assessing the 'true' CBD content of these plants ?
