Seized Seeds Question

When customs seizes your seeds they issue a seizure number. Does attitude, herbies or any seed company for that matter call customs and retrieve their package when they get the seizure number? Do they call and verify it? What if there is no letter and just an opened envelope with no seeds and the customs sticker? WIll they still refund your seeds?

take a pic of the package with the green customs tape and send it to them, they will resend as soon as they get it
