semi know what im doing but could use some help

first off id like give big points to single seed centre first time ive ordered off internet and they were here in 8 days (im in ny). so the seeds all fem i ordered ny purple diesel and blue mystic got royal haze and blue widow free anyone had exp with any of these strains any info on what there like to grow and care info would be appercatied. my equipment 150w hps and a shop fluro with cool white tube 48" so now im stuck if i should buy another hps for veg and flower and just leave the fluro alone and if so i cant afford more then a 250w maybe 400 would that be enough for four plants. i plan on buying some mylar for the walls to bounce as much light back as possible and next what is a good organic soil and soil nute? ive grown before but never good seeds only bag but out of the 13 ive grown only had 4 males so thats why im tryin to move on to good seeds will be posting some pic of setup in a week or so hopefully a lil advice on the hps for vegging and if i should get another hps to do that and some care specs and info on these strains thanks to all and to all a good toke

Just use an HPS lamp for the whole grow. No need to change bulbs if you use the right lamp (multi/dual spectrum).

thxs but do i gotta buy a diff ballast for that kind of bulb the hps i got is one with built in ballast and should i buy another with multi/dual spec and put with 150w for four plants

hmm so i would be able to use shop light for vegging the strain i posted earlier any one have exp with these strains and using fluros
