Let me see if I understand this correctly.
2 Caregivers or Patients at 1 structural building = co-op ; max of 2 caregivers or patients at 1 structural building
Residential cooperatives are subject to the following possession limits: 10 ounces
of usable marijuana, 24 mature marijuana plants, and 12 seedlings
Previously, 1 caregiver with 2 patients could have 12 seedlings and 24 mature plants correct? This now effectively splits the numbers in half for 2 people that grow together? Am I missing anything else, or is that the effect of this?
Nonresidential cooperatives are subject to the following possession limits: 10
ounces of usable marijuana, 48 mature marijuana plants, and 24 seedlings.
If you have a nonresidential (assuming based on zoning?) building 2 people can have 24/48 ; effectively the same limits prior to the amendment.
Now you'd also be required to go through inspections, but in regards to a nonresidential building, I assume they couldn't deny you based on the activity of growing alone.
Am I'm missing anything with these changes, or misinterpreting anything ?
Edit: I also forgot to ask; If you're a patient AND a caregiver do you get your 12/12 for being a patient, and then the caregiver count as well? Effectively maxing out at 24/36 per patient/caregiver?
