Sent wrong order from bank, happen to anyone else?

I received my package today after much anticipation. Only to open it and see 5 packs of seeds but none of the ones i added to my cart online? Any idea of the likelihood that i'll get my original order? Has this happen to any of you guys? I've ordered from this bank a few times now, first time they have messed up

Send them a screenshot of your order and tell them they sent you someone's else's order. If there a good seedbank they will let you keep.the seeds and send you the original seeds.

I read through their F.A.Q., they say they take a pic of each order before shipping them out. So i took a pic right after opening with everything that arrived. Sent an email explaining what happen along with the picture. Took less than 4 hrs and 5 email exchanges for him to say he is going to fix it this morning.

Then some freebies GMO * Sunset Sherbert the next one has 4 different names for its lineage they wrote an angle bracket from the first one to the last one

Cherry Gorilla
I don't know enough about breeding but i'm guessing those are the grandparents.
Don't get me wrong some of these sound amazing Watermelon Gelato and the GMO * Sherbert but it's just not what i ordered.
