Septoria leaf? Or another problem?

Got a few old leaves that are showing this. Got either a pH problem or nute dificiency. Trying to figure out which first but I started seeing these on a few of the lower leaves. Just flipped like 10 days ago.

She's never been outside. Have 2 fans and an inline fan goin. Using FFOF but it's been in this for well over a month and just started seeing these. New to all this and this is my very first female so I am being anal but just trying to figure out and solve any problems before they get worse
