Did this yesterday and I will harvest tomorrow is there anything I can do to make them not smell or will it go away?

It prevents disease like powdery mildew and other stuff. You are supposed to use it in the first couple weeks of flowering. it works good

Water? Maybe spraying it with a spray bottle of distilled water will work.

Water will cause bud rot. I would wait a while before you chop. just my 2 cents
