Series/Parallel configuration with 3590s and 320H-C2100B

OK, so it's hella late and my brain is mush. I should know this stuff cold but I can't get the synaptic connections to fire. I'm trying to make sense of running two sets of series wired 3590s in a parallel configuration to utilize the drivers that I've got for a veg application. I have more COBs than drivers and was looking to maximize my resources. Does the proposed configuration work?

what program did you use to do this?

I just used Fireworks CS6. It's a dead program now but I've used it for years to do graphic design and don't want to learn (or pay for) Illustrator yet.
