Seriously Drooping Leaves

Right folks, I’m on week 5/6 with this Auto NL from RQS. I haven’t a clue what I’m doing but everything was going great until a few days ago and the leaves have started to droop massively. I’ve been watering with distilled water and haven’t changed schedule. They’re under a 400w MH light with a 20/4 schedule. I’ve been told that it has been both under and overwatered so I’m not sure which is right.
This girl had a real bad start but recovered brilliantly and it’s my first plant so I really want it to work out obviously. I’d appreciate any and all opinions.

So it looks like you're growing under hps, not mh.
As from what I can see in the picture it looks over watered or possibly a root issue. If you can take a picture in more natural lighting so I can see the leaf color and other details better it will help determine the issue.
More details would be helpful aswell.
- has it been transplanted
- what growing media are you using
- how often do you water
- how do you determine when to water

When plants are under-watered, the leaves droop straight downwards, parallel with the plant's main stalk.

I'm not saying if this is a watering issue or not, but If it is, it's over-watering, as the leaves are drooping, but they are arched instead of drooping straight down.

Thanks for the reply dude, I’m out now but will take a pic tonight in natural light when I get home. It was transplanted when it was tiny, a couple of inches high. It’s in a mix of compost and perlite and was doing well for the last 5 weeks in the new pot, only in the last 72 hours has there been an issue. I guess I was watering every 48 hours. I wasn’t essentially checking with my finger in the soil, more so just eyeballing. Is there anyway to fix the problem?

you said you water every 48 hrs that seems like a lot ..I run my room around 75 - 79 degrees and use a 1 gallon bucket I water about every 4 days I think your over watering ..I really don't ever have a over watering problem I like my plants to almost dry out so roots keep searching for water . i'd say just leave for a few days and see what they look like and like nickcg123 said check for bugs

That's a fairy big pot and compost is much more dense then most soil, even with the added perlite it will hold water much longer then a nice aerated mix. As bulla said, watering every 48 hours is to frequent, you must allow the media to dry out! Doing this provides the roots with much needed co2 and o2, aswell as allows the roots to establish a nice root zone while searching for water and prevents root rot. Essentially it looks like you're downing the roots!
In this situation I would not water her for at least a good 5 days maybe longer. I'm not there so you will have a much better idea when the soil is completely dry.

Thanks for the help folks, very much appreciated. I will lay off the watering for the week and see how things are by the end of the weekend. I’ll pop back with an update. I have a few little babies in hempy buckets with clay pebbles (long story), I certainly haven’t made things easy

Watering with distilled water for too long CAN lead to deficiencies. As distilled water has had all mineral content boiled and steamed out, eventually plants will need nutes and minerals. Tap water, RO water has those minerals........just keep the water Ph at 6.3 to 6.6 range if using soil

You could have low humidity evaporating much of your watering making you water more often and causing issues in the soil.
Also find the support number or email for your nutrients and ask them but if you are following advice from rollitup.org you probably aren't using decent cannabis nutrients.

I think I see a web....unless that’s a hair. You might want to check for bugs again.
If you are feeding distilled water, make sure you are supplementing with a CalMag.
