set-up advice

Hi all, can someone please give me some advice.
i have been given some seeds (californian orange, been told that these are pretty easy to grow?) and i am planning on growing them in a closet/wardrobe about 2 ft x 4 ft.
i will be growing about 4 plants in large pots using miracle grow or similar, the lights i have are 400w grolux with dual spectrum lamp.
can someone please tell me if all the above sounds ok and if not why?

will i also have to line the inside of my wardrobe with something or paint it white?. I am sorry, but i havn't a clue what i am doing???.

Paint the walls flat white, not glossy. That 400 is probably going to get hot. Be prepared for heat issues. Read the growfaq at the top of the page. Come back with more specific questions after you've done more research. You might want to get yourself a good grow book. Jorge Cervantes' Marijuana Horticulture is pretty good.
