Set up question

Wusup guys,

I got 3 clones as my 420 present to myself on 420

this is my first time and I wanted to get some of yall's opinion

my setup:


2' fluorescent TL - one warm one cool

My questions are:

Will this emit enough lumen for 3 plants?
How effective will it be if I added CFL lights? or do they even work? (the energy efficient ones)
