Setting up my first SOG

I know I may not get a whole lot of replies on this thread, but I'd appreciate any and all advice that can be given about setting up an SOG perpetual harvest. I have done my research and I feel ready to take the plunge. Previously, I've planted in soil/soilless mixes and been frustrated with the lengthy veg time and moderate harvests. Ebb and flow tables seems to be my best bet for the size tent(s) I've got. Here goes:

(2) 2'x4' Ebb and Flow trays in 4'x4'x6.5' flower tent
~Flower tent is lit by 600 watt dimmable Quantum ballast, 6" air cooled hood
~I can fit anywhere from 10 larger pots to 21 smaller pots in each 2x4 tray.
~6" 435 CFM centrifugal fan, pulling exhausted air through 6" carbon filter (fan and CF in attic)
~4" 125 CFM exclusively cooling reflector

(2-4) DWC buckets in mother tent to sustain them for cloning
~Mother tent lighting will be (2) 125 CFL daylight bulbs with reflectors.
~6" 435 CFM inline fan, with speed controller (pulling exhausted air out, into attic)

Clones will be rooted in rockwool and hydroton grow media

GH Nutrients & GH pH up/pH down

**I really have no idea the best way to add my veg time to the clones...possibly a dual spectrum bulb and running the lights 18/6 in the flower tent for a week or so?
**Strains best suited to an SOG setup?
**Ways to prevent spider mites and mold due to the density of plant tops?
**DWC buckets best medium to house mother plants?
**600 watts enough to light (2) 2'x4' tables? Possibly (1) 4'x4' table?
**Size of mother tent to sustain 4 mother plants?
**Ideal frequency of harvests?
**ANY OTHER ADVICE STRONGLY WELCOMED

im no expert but i have done a few sog, i find nirvana ak48 a good strain but i use soil,check out the 12/12 fs thread, cuts the veg out , you can do 12/12 from clone with the same principal , cut out 4 or 5 weeks veg and keep them smaller with nice yeilds

Ill check out the ak48 for sure brother, sounds like a good idea. i looked at the 12/12 from seed thread and its interesting...i just feel like even 7 days of 18/6 with a MH bulb would really help the root development and in turn give better yields...however, if the yield was still good, I'd love to cut a week off harvest waves

also any suggestions for sustaining moms? a good size tent? also what kind of ventilation should be used...i know that temps should be significantly lower in the mom tent with 250w of CFLS than my 600 watt HPS, so im hoping a 125 CFM fan will keep the temps at bay
