Setup reimagined. ??

Thinking of a new set up. Very early on. So far my thoughts
2x 4x4 grow tents. Veg and flower

Flower tent 2x 276 watt led (true draw)and 4 lights hanging in corners. Prob cfl.
4 site ebb and flow in coco and perlite. 6 inch inline fan with carbon filter 2 small occilating fans. Nutes unsure as if yet. Looking at testing pens as well
Veg tent 2x 136 watt led (true draw)
4 3 gallon smart pots hand watered or basic drip system. Again nutes I am unsure.
Considered connecting the exhaust fan between both tents. Some say it's a bad idea.
I will used some lst and other training to maximize output.
I know it's a short incomplete list. Any imput would be great. Even if is criticizing. Only way to learn.

I'd ditch the cfls in the corners and tbh I'd recommend cobs or qbs for lighting.
Small fan exhausting each no need to connect them.

I have not found cob for decent price. Might sound like a noob but what is qbs?
