Sex question

I have 7 plants between 5.5" and 11.5" about ready to flower but im gonna be out of town this monday-friday and 1 is showing pre-flowers (possible male) but I might not know for sure before i leave.

Will this be to long to leave the plant with the other ones or should I just kill it to be safe?

Also I had my lights on 24/0 untill last sunday and I switched them to 18/6 and it seems to have kindof activated flowering on some of them, is this normal due to light change?

I will be putting them on 12/12 next friday

The safe answer is to just get rid of it but its up too you.

no its not autoflowering. plants will start flowering sometimes when switched from 24 to 18 hrs light. usually the males are much taller and vigorous at first. i think you should be fine for a few weeks.

it takes 22-24 days of flowering for the male pollen sites to open and release pollen impregnating your girls. you should be fine
