Ok I have some regular strains going and they are in 1/2 gallon grow bags. I need to know sex before I transplant to 3 gallon because I don't want to waste that much soil I have about 20 little ones going. Some are at 10th-11thnode some are at 7-8th node and some going on 4th node. Which node should I top at to sex the top? On the 10th node plants I was going to top right below the 6th node and put that cutting in a cup of water and put in 12/12. When do you guys sex your Top cutting?
