Sexing up my girls with some pollen

I want to sex up my bag seed girls with some OG pollen and wanted to know if anyone could help me out with determining at what stage of flowering I should introduce the pollen to her. I know that this isn't conventional really but I want to mess around a little bit and see what I can come up with. One plant has small pistils coming off of her so Im thinking that thats most likely my cue but im not sure...any advice ? :weed:

wait until the sites are dime sized prior to intoducing pollen. then just brush it on. dirrtyd

Mist the smallest lower bud site on the plant, and then paint on the pollen with a paint brush. Every pair of hairs you see will be a seed. Some seeds only take 3-5 weeks to mature, so you could possibly wait a few weeks into flowering to pollinate. The more hairs you see before you pollinate, the more seeds that bud site will make. And to Mr. Sativa, do you think he is really gonna pollinate his whole plant? One small bud site will give 30-50 seeds when the pollen is thoroughly painted on every hair. He could trade off a bud site that will only yield 3 grams and get at least 250 dollars worth of quality seeds.

well i guess the pistles do the dirty work so that girl up there i think said u can get like 25 a nug or so...dunno shake a male over here when she is flowering...thats my technique thus far

I just hope this works cause the OG plant pollinated before my girls were ready so i had to store some of it...not sure if its going to die off or not

Nah, that pollen will be viable for several weeks after you have it.

Store it in glass jar,seal it, and refrigerate, and that pollen lasts a while.

I like to concentrate my pollen on a single branch, shooting to get about 100 seeds from each cross. I use Qtips to apply the collected pollen. I generally save the best male from each strain, and use them for desirable crosses.

I may be wrong, but everything I've read says that water will kill fresh pollen. I pollinate, wait a day, and then mist water heavily over the plant to kill loose pollen.

Making your own seeds gives you true independence from the seed houses. Keep good records and you'll be impressed with your own foresight, later.

so i just dumped the pollen on my plant and then spritzd the top of it with water so the pollen doesnt get my other girls preggo...hope this works lol cause this bad seed i just impregnated is purple he he....OG X Purple....mmmm
