Sexing

I need some help. A few plants have been budding for 10 days now under a 400w hps and are showing sex. due to lack of resources i have no pics at this time, which brings me to what i need help with. If anyone in the past has had a hermie or male plant or even knows where to get week by week pics of both that would be greatly appreciated.. i have searched and searched for a diagnosis. i see what appears to be male pollen balls but i cant be for sure and i also see what looks like pistils so this is why i thinks its a possible hermie. or maybe its still too early and its just the way the female is budding.. i dont know!?!? please help with any info or pics. thanks
