sharing the outcome of the drama

i do not know if anyone cares but i figured i would end the story

my older brother filed and took me to court about my fathers estate ......the outcome of it is i won (we are both removed from it with a 3rd neutral party in control)

i do not know what i am doing and death /wills/taxes if not done right bites u on the ass.....i wanted to hire someone from the start but my older brother was money hungry did not want to pay 10k ( i make that it in 2 weeks if try 6 weeks if i am lazy)

well it is over ......9:30 the 30th i go into court (semi sober 2 bong hits and 1 candy 50 mgs with 3 puffs off a co2 pen 50 steps from door to court house......i hate court it freaks me out )....the lawyer was there i hired good guy .....my brother did not even show up ....court held for 15 mins so he could if he was nothing no wade....the lawyer did the talking i said total of 30-40 words (wahoo i did not have to talk)......made our case the judge said he was going to rule to have a 3rd party neutral person handle it......(wade not showing up pissed them off ...3 judge panel )

so that is the end of the story drama over .... i won he lost and i know what kind of person he is

next part is meet with the new lawyer for the estate and get the car in my name so i can cancel and turn in the tages for the 2nd car saving me 70 bucks a month ........then i finish packing up the few things i have to a tow behind from uhaul .....and i make way to new house in oregon (driving cross country....600 to 800 miles a day i should be there with in 5 days )

nice lady is working out the deal for the land .......it has 2 houses on it one for them one for me plus the guy selling the house is offering us 3 4 5 10 acres of land directly behind the house for the fields
good piece of land off the main road about 15 mins from town nice east south east ( good light untill about 5 pm then trees block)

the most important part they get light snow .......like 1 foot of snow that last 3 to 5 days then melts off ........no more shoveling the driveway then re-shoveling it when the plow comes by

so i am almost perfect just 6 weeks behide where i wanted to be ........the cross country is going to be the fun part i made canna butter up 1.5 times stronger then my last batch ....one cookie i should be good for 6 hours this( get on 70 and go west for 2000 miles before i need to look at the phone for directions)

deep south was my mother .......i have no worries with the rednecks (i make moonshine and grow weed ....they love me)
