Shipping cannabis out of state

I got contacted from a person in Boston that wants to get his hand on some good Cali herb. First off all, how can I make sure this guy isn't the feds? And when I get that figured out, what's the best way to
ship? Keep in mind I am not going to exceed an Oz. to send.

Unless you are sending a very small sample to a good friend or family member you are just asking for trouble. Although I have to say I met a women through ebay years ago when I sold a certain item she bought, we only talked through emails a few times and she sent me her three strains, only about 2 1/2 grams each, for free. For all she knew I could of easily been LE, or maybe she is a fed trying to get me to send her some smoke?

Just a bad idea in general dude. Especially if you are doing a money transaction.

good questions, George XXX they could be fishing for some sucker to bust, I have known growers to vacuum seal their product then wrap it in alumin foil before they ship it in the mail, the foil is supposed to make it pass thru the X-Ray detectors, they told me that if Jonee Law can't see it, or can't smell it, they will let it pass and their packages get shipped, they use a mail service p.o. boxes, they have never had problems with there shipments

Just throw it in a box and send it, be sure to write in a black marker "Contains Marijuana - Do Not Inspect". Drug dogs read that shit and stay away.

Also, be sure to use your real name and address and have him pay you through Paypal so you'll have a record of the transaction in case you have to sue him later.

Well being a medical patient that I am and reading most the laws that come with it I Remeber it saying you cannot transport seeds/marijuana to and from your medical marijuana state to another medical state . People send it all the time and it makes it there most the time depending on luck and if you had it wrapped good enough. Seeds are the way to go though because there smaller and don't smell as much .And its bull *hit that sending them to a friend that has his card in another state is breaking the law.
