shipping medical mj

Looks interesting, they seem to have the legal issues covered. They only ship within Canada so there's no DEA or Customs involved. I wonder why no one has tried this in Ca?

The U.S.P.S. is a Gov entity, and that means no shipping controlled or class 1,2,or 3 items without a very specific govt permit to ship it. :!: Regardless of state to state laws, do NOT ship MMJ through the mail. That's an almost guaranteed go-to- jail-free card. :-(

that won't be for a very very long time if it ever happen because congress have to change federal laws to accomidate the neccessary rules and regulations in place to make that process happen... Thats just the U.S. Congress (federal politics) !!! Then each state with MMP laws can each ratify their own law (state and local politics)... The politics behind it is very lenghty and so in my personal opinion, the shipment thing won't happen until i am dead smokin a J in my coffin!
