Shit. I broke my friends bong yesterday night

Me and the homies are all chilling high off our asses. We smoked a 1/4 with 4 heads within 30 minutes. Literatly, we were all really smacked when my friends mom walked in (were all over 21) so for some dumb reason we all decide to run out the back door. I'm climbing the fence saving my ass when my idiot friend who owns the bong is still carrying it in his hands so when I'm climbing over the fence my foot kicks it and it breaks :/
He was really salty. It was a $200 bong. I paid him $100 on the spot and gave him 2 grams. I personally think that's enough but he seems to think I owe him $100 more.
Wtf. I honestly think I'm not going to pay him that other $100.
What do you guys think? It was a 22 inch double percolator bong with a ash catcher and ice catcher. I feel really bad but he's being an asshole about it.

On top of that he broke my $300 Roor Bong and only paid me $120. That bong blew his bong out of the fucking water I'll tell you that.

I'm just too good of a guy though, but he's deff not getting another dime from me I'll tell you that much.

idk, it's not like you broke it on purpose, or even accident really.. you were climbing over a fence ffs, i'd be hard pressed to try and make a friend liable for something they broke mid climb, but that's just me..

shee=it, you already gave him well over half the price of it, i'd say you're more then square in my book.

and how exactly did your friend think he was going to make it over the fence himself without breaking the bong?? imo, it sounds like you did him a solid by breaking it as i can't imagine him making it over on his own without severe damage to it..

Why don't you get your 100 back, and just buy him an identical replacement?
Is something that petty worth losing a friend over? Or is he not that good of a friend?
Maybe next time, you guys will lock the door when you try and hide shit from mommy.

You're all over 21....why don't you get your own place and not have to worry about mom coming in the room? Or don't smoke at your friends houses who have parents that aren't cool with it.

On another note, who carries their $200 22" bong around with them? My bong doesn't leave my house ever. You wanna smoke it...? You're coming to me

Yea, he has his responsibility for carrying it outside. Why would you bring a $200 bong to a location where you might have to book? He has to accept that he acted irresponsibly with his bong and shares responsibility.

IT REALLY WAS THE END OF THE WORLD YESTERDAY :lol: :lol: :lol: Just tell him you'll pay him 60 more, tops. 1. 2g should count as 20$ ea when given for free like that, and 2. His mom would have probably broken it anyway.
