shocking my plant?

question 1:

will it shock stunt or kill my plant if i take dem outside for like 5hrs jus to save electricity? i have them under a 400 watt hps light. hawaii's got one of the highest cost of electric which is pretty gay.cant grow much out side cuz the dam neighbors.

question 2:

i got clones jus over a week old rooted and in fox farm ocean forest. in red party cups.is it ok for them to be under the 400watt hps...the two tall ones are about 9 inches tall and the light is 17 inches away and the small clones are maybe 4-5 inches tall will they be ok

that hps shouldn't fuck up the lil clones just make sure it's not too hot. As to your first question I'm really not sure. I know moving your plants once isn't going to hurt them but I don't know about every day.

I woulodnt put them outside if you have a opperation inside cause you can bring bugs back inside. I dont think it would shock them though.

its ok for your clones to be under the hps but 17 inches is way to close. try like 24 to 30 they will stay nice and healthy
