Should bug damaged leaves be trimmed?

I am growing outdoors and have been having some wicked bug problems. Should I trim bug damaged leaves?

If they are 50% damaged then i would say go ahead.

if there dont doing anything to the plant but trying to fix its self there coming of. its just a was of energy that can be going to the rest of the plant, weather it be in veg or bloom.
